Return Policy

We hope you’re happy with your purchase. However, if something isn’t right or you’ve changed your mind, you can return your item within 14 days of delivery.

1. Who Can Request a Return

All customers who have placed an order on ogat.com may request the return of one or more items, provided the conditions listed below are met.

2. Conditions for Accepting a Return

We accept returns only if:

  • The return request is sent within 14 days from the delivery date.

  • The item is intact, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in perfect condition.

  • The item is not customized on request (e.g., with name, custom print, special sizes, etc.).

We reserve the right to reject returns if the item does not meet these conditions.

3. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return:

  1. Email support@ogat.com, specifying your order number and the item you wish to return.

  2. We will send you detailed return instructions.

  3. Prepare the parcel: pack the item in its original packaging and protect it appropriately.

  4. Ship the parcel to the address that will be provided to you. Return shipping costs are at your expense.

Important Note: once you receive the return instructions via email from our support team, you have 10 days to ship the parcel. After this period, your return request will no longer be valid.

4. Size Exchanges

We do not process direct size exchanges. If you need a different size, please:

  1. Follow the return procedure for the original item.

  2. Place a new order with the desired size.

This ensures you receive the new size as quickly as possible.

5. Refunds

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund within 7 business days, using the same payment method as the original purchase.
