Privacy Policy
With this policy, Pixartprinting S.p.A. intends to inform visitors to the website "www.ogat.com" (hereinafter the “Site”) of the data protection practices it adopts, highlighting its commitment and attention to the privacy of Site visitors. Please read our Privacy Policy carefully: it applies whether you access the Site to simply browse and use our services without purchasing any products, or if you decide to make a purchase.

We also invite you to read, if you haven’t already, the Terms of Use of the Site, as they contain important information about the security systems adopted by the Site.

Browsing the Site is free and does not require registration, except for some areas where the user may freely and expressly provide personal data to access specific services (e.g. to make purchases, subscribe to the newsletter or request information, etc.). If the visitor chooses to provide their personal data to access such additional services, they will be expressly informed pursuant to Legislative Decree of 30 June 2003, No. 196, “Personal Data Protection Code” (the “Code”) and EU Regulation 679/2016 “General Data Protection Regulation” (the “Regulation”), including (for example) information on the purposes and methods of data use by Pixartprinting S.p.A., as well as their rights to request data deletion or updates at any time. Any reference to the Code in this Privacy Policy and on the Site shall be understood as valid and effective to the extent and in the measure in which the cited rules remain in force following the entry into application of the Regulation (25 May 2018).

The website is not intended for use by children under the age of sixteen, who are also prohibited from creating an account or otherwise providing personal information.

In accordance with the Code and the Regulation, Pixartprinting S.p.A. provides the following information:

1. Data Controller and Data Processors
The Data Controller of personal data is Pixartprinting S.p.A., with registered office in Via 1° Maggio 8, 30020 Quarto d’Altino (VE), Italy – Tax Code and VAT No. 04061550275, Venice Business Register No. 04061550275, Share Capital €1,000,000.00 fully paid-up, e-mail: support@ogat.com (hereinafter "Pixartprinting", the "Controller" or the "Company").

For strictly organizational and operational needs, we have appointed certain service providers essential to the management of the Site as external data processors, for purposes strictly connected to the provision of services offered through the Site, including product sales and payment services.

The Data Protection Officer (DPO), pursuant to Article 37 of the Regulation, can be contacted at: dpo@pixartprinting.com.

2. Types of Personal Data Processed
Accessing the Site does not require any registration. However, some sections of the Site require registration or the use of a username and password (e.g. to register a personal account or complete the online purchase process), or the use of services for which it is necessary to provide personal data (e.g. to contact us). [Click here for more information.]

For information on browsing data collected while using the Site, please also refer to point 6 below regarding profiling tools used by the Site.

3. Optional Nature of Personal Data Provision
Providing personal data is generally optional. In some cases, however, failure to provide data may make it impossible to access specific services or to obtain what has been requested (e.g. registration – and the provision of personal data such as name, email address, postal address, credit/debit card or bank account details, and telephone number – is necessary to purchase products online). Failure to provide such data may therefore prevent Pixartprinting from granting access to Site services or responding to user requests.

Required data fields are indicated in the Site’s data collection forms – e.g., marked with an (*) – and the consequences of not providing such data are explained in the relevant notices on the data collection pages.

4. Purpose
Personal data is collected and processed for purposes strictly related to the use of the Site, its services, and online product purchases. The purposes for which data is used are specified in detail in the relevant information notices provided on the Site whenever data is collected. We therefore ask you to carefully read the individual privacy notices, which explain the specific purposes of each data processing activity carried out by Pixartprinting (e.g. to access your personal area, etc.). Your data will be processed in full compliance with applicable privacy regulations.

5. Methods and Duration of Data Processing and Scope of Disclosure
Data may be processed both electronically and on paper (e.g. for managing purchases on the Site). Pixartprinting ensures the lawful and fair processing of personal data provided through the Site, in full compliance with applicable law, and guarantees the highest level of confidentiality for data provided during registration. All information collected is transmitted via a secure connection to prevent interception by third parties.

The data provided by users will be processed for the time specified in the relevant privacy notices provided at the time of data collection.

For information regarding the retention periods of data collected through profiling tools (e.g., cookies), please refer to our Cookie Policy.

Data will not be disclosed or shared with third parties except as explicitly stated in the individual privacy notices and only with the user’s prior authorization.

6. Links to Other Websites
This privacy notice is provided only for the website www.ogat.com and does not apply to any other websites that the user may access via hyperlinks. Pixartprinting cannot be held responsible for any personal data provided by users to third parties or to websites linked from this Site.

7. “Profiling” and/or Personalization Tools
Pixartprinting does not engage in promotional or advertising communications without the user’s prior explicit consent.

The Site uses cookies, both technical (to facilitate browsing and use of the Site) and profiling (to analyze users, their behavior and preferences, and provide them with personalized advertising).

8. Location of Data Processing
Data processing related to the services provided by the Site is carried out:
(i) at the Pixartprinting headquarters indicated in point 1 above, by staff in the Sales & Marketing Department;
(ii) and by companies that provide services essential to the Site’s management, appointed as external data processors.

A complete list of external data processors appointed by Pixartprinting may be requested using the contact details provided in point 9 of this Privacy Policy.

To ensure proper management of our Site and fulfillment of our contractual obligations, your personal data may be transferred to countries outside the European Union, such as Tunisia, the United States, and the United Kingdom.

Such transfers will be carried out in full compliance with the guarantees, measures, and rights set forth by privacy regulations. Upon simple request (see point 9 of this notice), you may receive more information about the transfer of your data and the safeguards in place for their protection.

Where expressly provided by the relevant agreements, the above-mentioned data processors may also transfer users’ personal data to countries outside the European Union in the course of performing services on behalf of the Company, in full compliance with the purposes outlined in this privacy notice and with the safeguards, measures, and rights set forth in the Regulation.

9. Data Subject Rights
By contacting us at support@ogat.com, you may exercise your rights under Articles 15 to 23 of the Regulation at any time. These include the right to know what data we process, how and for what purposes we use it, the right to modify or delete the data you have provided, to request restrictions on its use, to receive or transmit your data, and to change any consent previously given. You may also object at any time to the processing of your data, particularly for marketing purposes or analysis of your preferences.

10. How to File a Complaint
If you are not satisfied with the responses received from Pixartprinting (see paragraph 8 above), and believe that your data is being processed in violation of the Regulation, you may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it), or with the supervisory authority of the country where you normally reside, work, or where the alleged violation occurred.

11. Applicable Law
This Privacy Policy is governed by EU Regulation 679/2016 and by the applicable national legislation, insofar as such legislation remains in effect after the Regulation’s entry into force (May 25, 2018).

12. Revision Clause
Pixartprinting reserves the right to revise, modify, or simply update, in whole or in part, this Privacy Policy at its sole discretion, in any manner and at any time, without prior notice – including to reflect changes in applicable laws or regulations concerning the protection of personal data.

Any changes or updates to this Privacy Policy will be communicated to users by:
(i) email to registered Site users, and
(ii) publication on the homepage of the Site, and will become binding once published and communicated.
