Access to and use of the website www.ogat.com (the "Site") is subject to the acceptance by the user of the following terms (the "Terms") and applicable laws. By accessing and browsing the Site, the user accepts, without limitation or reservation, the Terms set out below. If the Terms are not accepted, the user is invited not to use the Site.

Purchases of products on the Site are governed by the Terms and Conditions of Sale, which will be presented to the user at the time of purchase.

Restrictions on the Use of Content and Information Published on the Site
All information and content published on the Site (the "Information") are protected by copyright or other intellectual property rights and, unless otherwise indicated, may not be used in whole or in part, copied, reproduced, transferred, published, or distributed in any way without the prior written consent of Pixartprinting. Users may download and/or print the Information for personal and non-commercial use only. In any case, users may not distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, repost, or use the Information—including text, images, content, and software present on the Site—for advertising or commercial purposes without the prior written authorization of Pixartprinting.

In particular, the name "OGAT" as well as any other distinctive sign that includes the "OGAT" trademark may not be used as a domain name or part thereof for third-party websites without prior written consent from Pixartprinting.

Limitation of Liability
Pixartprinting will make every effort to publish accurate and up-to-date Information on the Site. Under no circumstances shall Pixartprinting be held liable for any negative consequences, damages, or losses arising from or related to the use of the Site or the Information.

Users guarantee that the information provided for registration is current, truthful, and accurate and agree to promptly update any registration data. If Pixartprinting believes the information provided is not correct, or for any valid reason deems such action justified, it may deny access to the Site or suspend the user's account. Only for professional users/companies based in the European Union will Pixartprinting proceed to verify the VAT number.

Only third-party links to the homepage of the Site are permitted. Deep linking is strictly prohibited without the prior written authorization of Pixartprinting.
