The processing will be carried out in compliance with EU Regulation 679/2016, General Data Protection Regulation (the "Regulation").

The data you provide us by filling out the form in the "Contacts" section will be used to respond to your report or request for information.

d) Consent

The processing is necessary to be able to manage your report or request for information and does not require your consent (pursuant to art. 6, letter b) of the Regulation).

e) What data is required

The data that you provide by filling out the form made available to you in the "Contacts" section of the Site (name, surname, company name, e-mail address) are necessary for the management of your report or to be able to respond to your requests.

f) Means of data processing

Your data will be processed mainly electronically to manage your request and be able to contact you again.

The data will be processed in compliance with current legislation and, in any case, in such a way as to guarantee its security and confidentiality and prevent its unauthorized disclosure or use, alteration or destruction.

g) Data retention period

Your personal data will be stored for the time strictly necessary to correctly manage your request and to allow us to improve our service; in particular, the data will be kept until the end of the fiscal year following the request for information and will subsequently be deleted or stored in anonymous or aggregate form.

h) Data recipients

Your data will not be disclosed and may be made known, for the management of your report and/or request, to the persons authorized to process the data by the Company's Sales Department.

i) Data transfer outside the UE

Your personal data will not be transferred to countries outside the European Union in order to allow us to correctly manage our customer service.

l) Data subject’s rights provided by articles 15 to 22 of the Regulation

By means of a communication to be sent to the e-mail address support@pixartprinting.com, you will be able to exercise at any time the rights referred to in the articles from 15 et seq. of the Regulation, including knowing which data we are processing, how and for what purposes we use it, modifying the data you have provided to us or deleting it, asking us to limit the use of your data or having a copy of it, receiving it in a structured format, commonly used and readable by automatic devices. m) Complaint to the Data Protection Authority

Should you consider the processing of your data infringes the Regulation, you may in any event lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it), or, if different, to the Data Protection Authority of the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement.
